CALUSO PASSITO GNAVI

Revej

DOC

Gnavi Caluso Passito is borne out of an ancient local tradition: after the harvest, families in Caluso would leave the ripest and tawniest bunches to dry in attics, seeking to obtain a distinctive sweet wine. Even to this very day, with a similar process, Carlo Gnavi selects the best auburn bunches and leaves them to dry on straw mats for about five months, allowing their juices to come together. Once this time has passed, the grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and slowly vinified. After resting no less than eight years, Gnavi Caluso Passito finally features the distinctive traits that make it unique and ready to crown your most memorable moments.
